Cook Time: 5 minutes
1 lb package of Kielbasa, light or regular
3 Tb.'s Butter or Margarine
1/4 Cup Pepper Jelly Purgatory
Slice kielbasa crosswise in 1/4 inch medallions. Saute in butter over medium heat until lightly browned. Add Purgatory, stir until melted. Serve hot with rice.
