Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: Refreeze Over Night
Mix Pepper Jelly with Preserves and put aside.
Layer an inch of ice cream in a 3 quart serving dish.
Spread a thin layer of jelly mix over ice cream. Spread another layer of ice cream over jelly mix and repeat layers.
Spread a thin layer of whipped cream or Cool Whip over ice cream and sprinkle with dark chocolate shavings.
Put in freezer for at least an hour or over night.
Serve frozen cold and scoop out to form nice round balls.
